Mark L. Deutsch is a Partner of Hudson Ferry. Previously, Mr. Deutsch was Managing Partner of Kenner & Company, a leading middle-market private equity firm with a principal focus on businesses within the building products industry. Mr. Deutsch was with Kenner from 1994 to 2006. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Deutsch was a Principal at Fieldstone Private Capital Group, L.P., an investment banking firm. From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Deutsch was a Vice President at BT Securities Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank), where he was a principal responsible for equity investments made by Bankers Trust. As a certified public accountant, Mr. Deutsch began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick.
Mr. Deutsch received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in accounting, summa cum laude, from State University of New York at Binghamton. Mr. Deutsch is Chairman and founding member of Binghamton University's School of Management Metro Advisory Board. He was the recipient of Binghamton University's Special Recognition Award in 2002 and Alumni Recognition Award in 2000. He
is a frequent guest lecturer at Binghamton University where he teaches
a leveraged buyout case study.

Stephen J. Fisher is a Partner of Hudson Ferry. Previously, Mr. Fisher was a Managing Director of Liberty Partners, where he had significant responsibility for sourcing, analyzing, executing, monitoring and exiting the firm’s investments. Prior to joining Liberty Partners in 1994, Mr. Fisher was an attorney for five years with the private equity practice group of Kirkland & Ellis. While at Kirkland & Ellis, Mr. Fisher gained extensive private equity transaction experience as he structured, negotiated and closed in excess of 50 private equity transactions.

Paul J. Huston is a Partner of Hudson Ferry. Mr. Huston was a founding partner of Liberty Partners in 1992, where he was a Managing Director through 2006. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Huston worked for Merrill Lynch Interfunding where he focused on middle-market buyout transactions. As a certified public accountant, Mr. Huston spent the first eight years of his career at Coopers & Lybrand where he specialized in pre-acquisition reviews, divestiture audits, and related tax implications.
Mr. Huston is a graduate of Columbia University's Executive MBA Program and received a BS in accounting from Fairfield University. Mr.
Huston is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Fairfield University,
where he has served as a trustee since 1999.

Bruce B. Robertson, Jr. is a Partner of Hudson Ferry. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Robertson was a Managing Director at GE Antares Capital, a leading provider of capital for middle-market buyouts. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Robertson was a Senior Vice President with Heller Financial. From 1986 to 1996, Mr. Robertson was a Vice President at Bank of Scotland where he began his focus on leveraged buyouts. During his career, Mr. Robertson closed in excess of $2.0 billion of committed financing to over 50 middle-market companies participating in industries such as equipment rental, consumer products, building products, manufacturing and distribution.
Mr. Robertson received an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in economics, cum laude, from State University of New York at Oswego.

Timothy R.G. Ross is a Partner of Hudson Ferry. Previously, Mr. Ross was a Vice President of Liberty Partners where he had responsibility for assessing acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence, monitoring portfolio companies and managing acquisition and exit processes. Prior to joining Liberty Partners in 1999, Mr. Ross gained three years of mergers and acquisitions advisory experience while working at Lazard Freres. From 1993 through 1995, Mr. Ross was President of Bayamon Steel Processors, a portfolio company of Merrill Lynch Interfunding. From 1983 through 1992, Mr. Ross filled a number of operating roles including product manager, plant manager, industrial engineer and information technology engineer for Thypin Steel Company, a large, East Coast distributor and processor of steel products.
Mr. Ross is a graduate of Columbia University's Executive MBA Program. He received a BS in industrial engineering with Highest Distinction and an MS in industrial engineering from Columbia University.

Carl B. Hedlund was President and CEO of ThermaTru
Doors from 2000 to 2007. ThermaTru is the premier manufacturer
of residential entry doors in the U.S. with $500 million of annual
revenue. Under Mr. Hedlund’s
leadership, ThermaTru grew significantly and was sold to Fortune
Brands in November 2003. Mr. Hedlund remained as CEO through
2007, successfully positioning the company in new segments and channels
such as home centers (becoming Lowes’ Vendor of the Year in
2005 and 2006). From 1998 to 2000, he was President of the
International Building Materials Division of Owens Corning Fiberglass,
based in Brussels, Belgium, a $400 million business unit. From
1996 to 1998, Mr. Hedlund was President, Asia Pacific Owens Corning
Fiberglass, based in Hong Kong. From 1990 to 1996, he was President
of the Roofing and Asphalt and Retail Distribution Divisions of Owens
Corning based in Toledo, Ohio. From 1985 to 1990, he led Owens
Corning Latin America Division from Sao Paulo, Brazil as VP and General
Manager. Prior to 1985, Mr. Hedlund held various sales and
marketing management positions with Owens Corning, dating back to
1972.
Mr. Hedlund received his BA from Arizona State University and has
attended the Stanford University Advanced Management Program.

Robert D. Manroe was most recently
the President of Masco Contractor Services West, a division of Masco
Corporation (NYSE: MAS). This division, with sales of $650
million, provides an assortment of building products, usually on
an installed basis, to national and regional homebuilders. Such
products included insulation, fireplaces, gutters, tub surrounds
and cabinets. Mr. Manroe was in charge of this division from
2000 to 2004. Previously, he was Co-President of BSI Holdings
from 1998 to 2001 and responsible for all aspects of the West Coast
division. At the time Masco acquired BSI Holdings in January
2001, Mr. Manroe was responsible for sales aggregating $225 million. Mr.
Manroe was President of The Hill Companies from 1989 to 1998 when
it was acquired as part of the formation of BSI Holdings. The
Hill Companies had sales of $100 million. Prior
to 1989, Mr. Manroe held an assortment of managerial positions with
The Hill Companies and its predecessor firms.

George P. Murphy was President and CEO of Technical
Concepts LLC from 1997 to 2005. This global company, with
an enterprise value in excess of $400 million, is a leading manufacturer
of commercial automatic washroom fixtures, dispensers, hygiene systems
and refills. From 1996 to 1997, he was Vice President of the $1.3
billion North America Away From Home Division of Kimberly-Clark Corporation.
From 1995 to 1996, Mr. Murphy was Regional Vice President and Business
Leader of Kimberly-Clark with profit and loss responsibility for
the $175 million Asian region. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Murphy
was Vice President of US Sales and Channel Development of Scott Paper
Company. He was responsible for creating strategic sales
and channel development plans for its $860 million Away from Home
Division. He had responsibility for a $40 million sales budget
and led a national team of 175 sales professionals. Prior
to that, Mr. Murphy held various sales and marketing positions of
increasing responsibility at Scott Paper Company and its subsidiary,
Sani Fresh International.
Mr. Murphy received his MPA and BS, each with honors, from The University of Southern California. In addition, he has taken several Executive Development Courses at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.
