Founded in 2006, Hudson Ferry Capital is a lower middle market investment firm based in Rye Brook, New York. Hudson Ferry is pursuing acquisitions of established privately-owned businesses that differentiate themselves through product and process innovation in stable or evolving markets and that generate strong cash flow and consistent revenue growth. The partners of Hudson Ferry have successfully invested in these types of companies over the last two decades.
