STAMFORD, CT, January 7, 2026 - Hudson Ferry Capital announces that Avi I. Wolf has joined the firm as an Associate.

Avi joins Hudson Ferry Capital from Dubin Clark & Company, Inc., a lower-middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on sourcing, executing, financing, and managing control buyout investments in niche manufacturing and specialty services companies.
