Hudson Ferry Capital Invests In Calise & Sons Bakery
STAMFORD, CT, March 20, 2026 – Hudson Ferry Capital ("HFC") announced today that it completed an investment in Calise & Sons Bakery ("Calise" or the "Company") in partnership with the Company’s fourth generation family owner. Founded in 1908 and headquartered in Lincoln, Rhode Island, Calise is a commercial Italian bakery that has served grocery and foodservice customers throughout the Northeast United States for more than a century. Calise produces fresh-baked Italian breads, rolls, and specialty items in its purpose-built bakery facility in Lincoln, Rhode Island.
