Hudson Ferry Exits Investment in Percheron

STAMFORD, CT, June 8, 2026 - Hudson Ferry Capital has successfully exited its investment in Percheron LLC ("Percheron" or the "Company"). Percheron is headquartered in Katy, TX and is a leading national energy infrastructure project facilitator providing integrated project management, land acquisition, environmental, survey, and engineering services.

Hudson Ferry Capital, alongside management, made its initial investment in the Company in March 2010 and transformed Percheron by merging it with three related companies in June of 2012. We developed a long term, targeted growth strategy for Percheron, focusing on expanding geographic reach, service offerings, and served markets.

AEC Advisors, a financial services company that provides mergers and acquisitions and other services to the architecture, engineering, and construction sector, acted as Percheron’s exclusive financial advisor and Winston Taylor provided legal services for the transaction.
