Hudson Ferry Capital Invests In Simply Pak

STAMFORD, CT, April 10, 2026 – Hudson Ferry Capital ("HFC") announced that it completed an investment in Simply Pak (the "Company") in partnership with the Company's founder, Damian Martinez. Headquartered in Medley, Florida with additional operations in Tampa, Simply Pak is a specialty distributor of compostable and biodegradable food service packaging, serving restaurants, food service distributors, and hospitality providers across South Florida and beyond.
